Pausing stops new purchases and balance orders. Existing videos stay available. Resuming does not switch test payments to live.
Usage & customer steps
Counts are server events, not unique visitors. Cost estimates are separate from actual supplier invoices and exclude tax, advertising and support.
Latest orders
“Check provider” looks up the existing task. It never submits a new paid video. Credit returns here go to the customer’s Evermova balance; card refunds are handled in Stripe.
Payment holds
Refunded or disputed purchases cannot fund new videos. Reconcile them against Stripe before changing any balance.
