Who provides Evermova?

Terms of use & purchase

What you receive

Evermova turns a still photo into one 5-second Full HD video using Kling 3.0, without sound. Select a suggested movement or describe your own. Download the finished video from your account or private order link. AI may alter small details or interpret a movement differently; a precise likeness or exact action cannot be guaranteed. Examples illustrate possible results.

Prices & packs

Prices are in euros. The total is displayed before payment: €2.99 for one video, €9.99 for five, or €17.99 for ten. Packs have no subscription and unused balance stays in your account. Each generation is a new paid video, including another video from the same photo. You can buy a video at the standard price or use one video from an available pack. Small rounding balances remain in your account.

Payment & delivery

Sign in before purchasing. Stripe processes the card payment; we do not receive your full card number. Generation starts after payment is confirmed or credit is reserved. Processing normally takes minutes, but queues or provider interruptions can take longer. You can leave the page and return to your account. Browser notifications are optional. Save downloaded videos to your own device; we do not promise permanent hosting.

If something goes wrong

If generation is confirmed to have failed without producing a video, we return its reserved credit to your account. An uncertain provider response is checked before any decision, to avoid duplicate orders. A completed video is not automatically remade for free because a different creative result is preferred. Contact us about missing delivery, duplicate payment or a defective result. Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable remedies for non-conforming digital content, remain unaffected.

Immediate digital supply & withdrawal

Before each order you separately request immediate creation and acknowledge that, where applicable law provides for it, the withdrawal right for the supplied digital video is lost once supply begins with your prior consent. This does not remove your rights where content is faulty, does not apply automatically to unused parts of a pack, and does not limit any mandatory rights in your country. Contact us about cancellation or withdrawal before supply begins.

Photos, permissions & fair use

You must be at least 18 to purchase and have the rights and permissions needed to upload the photo and animate the people shown. For children, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation, harassment, deception or impersonation. Do not present an AI animation as evidence of an actual event. We may reject prohibited content or restrict abuse.

You retain your rights in your uploads. You allow us and the processors below to handle them as needed to provide your requested service. This is not permission to use your private photos in our advertising. Your use of the output must respect the rights of other people; we cannot guarantee that every AI output qualifies for copyright protection.

Account & payment problems

Keep your sign-in email and order links private. A refund or disputed payment may temporarily freeze the unused balance from that purchase while it is reconciled. We do not charge your card again automatically. Preview/test payments are not real purchases and cannot fund live orders.

Reviews

Submitting a review allows us to display the submitted name, rating and words. Buyer submissions can be translated and checked for personal information, abuse and unrelated material; the same rules apply to positive and critical reviews. Contact us to request removal of your review.

What is processed and why

When you choose a photo, a smaller copy is sent to Anthropic to suggest movements. Your custom movement text is processed to prepare a video prompt. Ordering sends the photo and prompt to Kling. We process your email, account identifier, orders, balance and generated videos to provide the service and support. We use limited security records and salted visitor identifiers to prevent abuse, and aggregate event counts to understand whether ordering works.

The legal basis for requested account and generation services is contract performance or steps you request before a contract. Security and abuse prevention use legitimate interests; legally required payment records are kept to comply with legal obligations. Optional notifications require your permission. The seller identified above is the data controller.

Service providers

• Netlify hosts the website, database and video storage.
• Google Firebase handles account sign-in.
• Stripe handles payments and related fraud checks.
• Anthropic handles photo analysis, movement text and review moderation/translation.
• Kling AI handles video generation.
• Resend sends transactional order emails when email delivery is enabled. Your browser’s push service handles optional notifications.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Their applicable contractual safeguards and retention arrangements must also be considered; removing a working copy from our database is not a promise of immediate erasure from provider systems or backups. Provider information: Netlify, Firebase, Stripe, Anthropic, Kling AI, Resend.

Retention and access

Our working photo is removed from the active database when generation completes or definitively fails, or within 7 days. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 2 days. Movement suggestions are removed after 30 days and AI usage records after 90 days. Finished videos remain available in your account until deleted or the service’s retention arrangements change. Download your copy promptly. Account, order and payment records may need to be retained for support, accounting, disputes or legal requirements. Backup and provider retention can differ.

A private order link permits access to that video. Anyone you share it with may view it. Other visitors cannot browse your photos or account. Do not share links you want to keep private.

Browser storage

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers your language, order links, thumbnails and unfinished work, including a photo draft when needed to return from sign-in. Your browser may also store sign-in details for Firebase. Clear site data on a shared device. We do not use advertising tracking pixels in this website.

Your choices and rights

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object where applicable. You can withdraw optional notification permission in your browser. Some payment records may still have to be retained by law. You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. Include your account email or order reference, but never send passwords, API keys or full card details.
